What we do

Support can come in many forms.

It could be financial. It could be offering your time, ideas or skills.

We have benefitted from financial support from the likes of The National Lottery, Comic Relief, Unlimited and the European Social Fund, amongst others. We have enjoyed many successful partnerships too, providing shared resources alongside shared values to deliver life-changing programmes with:

refugees
people who have experienced racism
deaf and disabled people
people living with lifelong conditions including HIV

And we have worked with communities, businesses and organisations to make positive changes.

Why supporting us is different

Because we’re a community interest company, our not-for-profit business model allows us to prioritise the people who need our support. It is efficient.

Everyone, including Result’s Directors, Jane Cordell and Hormoz Ahmadzadeh, gets paid for the work they do rather than drawing a salary. We work from home when not delivering workshops in person. This means there is no pricey office space and no expensive overheads.

In fact, you are not really supporting us at all – you are directly supporting the people who need it most. Our clients. And helping them achieve more and inspire others.

How can you support us?

All of our work has a social purpose. You choose how you want your investment to be used. You could:

boost our Inclusion Fund which allows us to offer support to individuals who need it but lack the means to pay for it
directly fund a programme for an identified group
sponsor an individual who has experienced exclusion to take part in a training programme

The impact

We are one of the very few social enterprises providing professional development training and coaching by people with lived experience of exclusion.

Your contribution will make a direct difference.

We will track how we use your contribution and the impact it makes. You will receive a short personalised report explaining this. If you choose to support a group, we will send you the outcomes of the work we do with them. We will also include your and/or your organisation’s name on our website.
